Thank you Herb for your patience & feedback. This was a tricky lot listing, with an out of town owner and lots of challenges to uncover with the local zoning authority & local utility companies. I'm sorry I was unable to answer your questions right away. Once in contract, with the help of the title company, the buyer able to uncover the details needed for their build project.
